Who we are
Axis Mechatronics is an engineering firm at GIDC Wadhwan, Surendranagar, led by Mr. Anil. We retrofit grinding machines, build control panels, and write the Delta PLC and HMI programs that run them.
We are deliberately hands-on and deliberately small. The person who surveys your machine is the person who draws the schematic, wires the panel and stands at the machine on commissioning day. When you call the number on this site, you are talking to the engineer doing the work.

Grinding is our speciality
We are not generalists who occasionally touch a grinder. Grinding cycles, spark-out, dwell and size holding are the problems we solve every week. That is why the site is organised by machine type rather than by product brochure.

If the bed or spindle is finished, we will tell you a retrofit is a waste of money — even though it costs us the order.
We prove it on your parts
The job is done when your operator grinds a good component unaided on a normal shift, not when our van leaves.
What we do
- Retrofitting — grinding machine control rebuilds: cylindrical, centreless, surface, internal and special grinders
- Programming — Delta PLC, HMI, VFD and ASDA servo, written, tested and handed over unlocked
- Panel shop — in-house design, fabrication, wiring and load testing with as-built drawings
- Machine build — special purpose machines, fixtures and handling systems built to your process
- Site work — installation, commissioning, operator training and breakdown support across Gujarat

The part changes; the machine and the control discipline do not.
