Four families, one approach
The four grinder types below cover most of what we see. The mechanical arrangement differs; the control problem does not change much. Each one needs its cycle understood before anything is specified, and each one is judged finished the same way — when your operator grinds a good component unaided on a normal shift.
Pick your machine for the detail, or read the general retrofitting service page first.
Imported and orphan machines
We also take on imported or orphan machines where the original supplier no longer offers support. Where no drawings survive, we reverse-engineer the grinding cycle from the machine itself — running it, tracing the existing circuit and recording what actually happens — before designing anything new. A machine with no documentation is a normal starting point for us, not an obstacle.
