Why we standardise on Delta
Choosing one platform and knowing it deeply beats knowing five of them shallowly. Delta gives our customers three things that matter more than a brand name: parts that are actually available in Gujarat, service costs that make sense for a mid-size shop, and hardware that survives a grinding shop's dust and coolant.
That means your machine stays serviceable long after handover instead of becoming obsolete again in ten years — which is, after all, the reason you called us about the first machine.
The platform, part by part
PLC — Delta DVP and AS series
Cycle logic, interlocking, sequencing and part counting. Written with comments and a consistent structure so the next engineer to open it — ours or yours — can follow it.
HMI — Delta DOP-100 and DOP-B series
Screens designed for a shop floor operator, not an engineer. Large digits, plain fault text instead of error codes, and Gujarati labelling on request. Recipes for repeat components so a changeover is a selection rather than a re-teach.
VFD — Delta MS300, MH300 and C2000 family
Spindle, regulating wheel and coolant pump control with repeatable speed setting and soft start. Parameterised on the machine, with the parameter set recorded in the handover documents.
Servo — Delta ASDA series
Infeed and axis positioning with the resolution a grinding cycle actually needs, tuned against the machine's real inertia rather than left on factory gains.
You own the program
Delta source programs, electrical schematics and I/O lists are handed over with every job and are never password-locked. Your maintenance team can service and modify the machine without depending on us. We think a supplier who locks your program is telling you something about how confident they are in the rest of their work.
This applies whether the programming came as part of a retrofit, a control upgrade or as a standalone job on a machine somebody else built.
